We are seeking an attorney with 2+ years of Plaintiff North Carolina Workers' Compensation experience.

North Carolina workers' compensation experience required; dual SC licensure is preferred.
Handle workers' compensation cases from initial intake through resolution.
Ability to evaluate cases, conduct discovery, litigate matters, and provide sound recommendations to clients.
Strong understanding of the workers' compensation litigation process.
Communicate with clients regularly and keep them informed about their cases.
Comfortable handling depositions, hearings, motions, and trials.
Able to manage assignments independently and work efficiently.
Strong written, verbal, research, and analytical skills.
Ability to work effectively with clients, attorneys, and staff.
