Job Description:McGuireWoods LLP seeks an experienced mid-level associate to join the Firm's Government Investigations and White Collar Litigation Department in its Charlotte office.

Job Requirements:
- Qualified candidates will have 2-5 years of government investigations experience in a top-tier law firm.
- Excellent academic credentials and writing skills are required.
- Judicial law clerk experience is highly valued.
- Experience at an AmLaw 20 firm in DC or NY strongly preferred.
- Experience at Chambers white collar Band 1 firms is highly valued.
- Willingness and desire to work with innovative technology platforms. Our attorneys leverage Harvey AI to accelerate research, streamline document drafting, and enhance analytical work, allowing associates to focus on higher-value strategic thinking and client engagement.
