Join a Powerhouse Team Today!Personal Injury Attorneys is seeking a skilled Immigration Law Attorney to join our growing Orlando / Tampa office and help us expand into new area of LAW.
The ideal candidate will have experience handling a wide range of immigration matters, including family-based immigration, employment visas, adjustment of status, naturalization, asylum, removal defense, and waivers.
We strongly prefer candidates with an existing book of business and the ability to expand their practice under our brand.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience practicing U.S. immigration law.
- Strong background in family-based petitions, removal defense, waivers, asylum, and naturalization.
- Knowledge of employment-based visas (H-1B, L-1, PERM, etc.) is a plus.
- Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
- Strong client communication skills, particularly when working with diverse communities.
- J.D. and active Florida Bar membership in good standing (required).
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred.
- Existing book of business preferred.
