Personal Injury Attorneys is seeking an experienced Wills, Trusts & Estate Planning Attorney to join our growing Orlando/Tampa office and help us expand into new a area of LAW.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience drafting wills and trusts, creating comprehensive estate plans, guiding clients through probate and trust administration, and advising on asset protection strategies.

We strongly prefer candidates with an existing book of business and the ability to expand their practice under our brand.

Key Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in wills, trusts, estate planning, and probate administration.
Existing book of business preferred.
Skilled in drafting estate planning documents, including wills, revocable/irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives.
Experience in probate, trust administration, and guardianship matters.
Ability to advise clients on tax implications, asset protection, and wealth transfer strategies.
Strong interpersonal skills — ability to connect with clients and explain complex legal concepts in clear terms.
J.D. and active Florida Bar membership in good standing required.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred.
