We are seeking a battle-ready Litigation Attorney to take the lead on bodily injury and uninsured motorist claims — from pre-suit all the way through trial and resolution. Key Qualifications:

Minimum 4 years of experience handling bodily injury and UM claims in Florida
Proven trial experience with mastery of the Florida Evidence Code and Florida Rules of Civil Procedure
Comfortable leading depositions, hearings, mediations, and full trial prep and execution
Skilled in presenting PowerPoint presentations and other visuals during mediation and trial
Aggressive, sharp, and tenacious — with impeccable attention to detail and case strategy
Strong courtroom presence, confident under pressure, and highly competitive
J.D. and active Florida Bar membership in good standing (required)
