Family Law Litigation Attorney

Personal Injury Attorneys is seeking an experienced Litigation Family Law Attorney to join our growing Orlando / Tampa office and help us expand into new area of LAW.

We represent clients through some of life's most difficult challenges — divorce, custody disputes, alimony, child support, and more — and we need a litigator who can step into the courtroom with confidence and skill.

The ideal candidate is trial-ready, strategic, and compassionate — able to advocate fiercely for clients while navigating the emotional and legal complexities of Family Law. An existing book of business is highly preferred.

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of litigation experience in Family Law (divorce, custody, child support, alimony, modifications, relocations, injunctions, etc.).
• Proven trial and courtroom experience, including hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.
• Strong command of the Florida Evidence Code and Florida Family Law Rules of Procedure.
• Ability to balance compassion for clients with tenacity in litigation.
• Existing book of business (preferred).
• Bilingual (preferred).
• J.D. and active Florida Bar membership in good standing.
