Description:
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate family law attorney to join our growing law practice. The ideal candidate will have experience handling a variety of complex family law matters. Must be committed to providing discreet, high-quality, precise legal representation in order to strategically guide clients through sensitive legal issues.Responsibilities:
Represent clients in family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, and related proceedings
- Draft pleadings, discovery requests, and settlement agreements
- Appear in court and depositions
- Conduct legal research and case analysis
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
- Manage caseload independently while meeting deadlines
- Maintain accurate case files and billing records
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Active license and in good standing with the Florida Bar
- 2–7 years of family law experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion
