Gunster has an immediate need for an international tax and international estate planning associate to join its prestigious Private Wealth Service group. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience advising foreign and domestic clients regarding all aspects of U.S. federal income, gift, and estate tax matters, with a particular focus on international tax and international estate planning for ultra-high-net-worth families.

The successful candidate's practice will focus on U.S. pre-immigration tax planning, drafting domestic and foreign trust structures for multinational clients, cross-border tax planning and investment structuring, and organization and reorganization of complex international private wealth structures. Familiarity with sophisticated domestic tax and estate planning for high-net-worth U.S. families is a plus.

Gunster's international private client attorneys represents some of the world's wealthiest families. This position offers significant mentorship opportunities, as the candidate will work closely with a team of highly experienced international tax and international estate planning attorneys.

Tax LL.M. required. Candidate must be – or must become – a member of the Florida Bar. Relocation assistance to Florida.
