We are seeking a battle-ready Board Certified Litigation Attorney with a minimum of 20 civil trials as First chair to take the lead on bodily injury and uninsured motorist claims.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Pay: $200,000 base per year.
- Commission: Performance-based, uncapped — potential to earn $400K+ annually.
- (Full commission structure discussed during interview. High earnings require commitment and results.)
- $100,000 Life Insurance Policy (firm-paid)
- Paid Time Off:
- 1 week after 6 months
- 2 weeks after 1 year
- 3 weeks after 2 years
- 6 personal/sick days + 6 federal holidays annually

- Basic health, dental, and vision insurance paid 100% by the firm.

Key Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience handling bodily injury and UM claims in Florida.
- Proven trial experience with mastery of the Florida Evidence Code and Florida Rules of Civil Procedure.
- Comfortable leading depositions, hearings, mediations, and full trial prep and execution.
- Skilled in presenting PowerPoint presentations and other visuals during mediation and trial.
- Aggressive, sharp, and tenacious — with impeccable attention to detail and case strategy.
- Strong courtroom presence, confident under pressure, and highly competitive.
- J.D. and active Florida Bar membership in good standing (required).
