The Law firm of Ligori Ligori is looking for a strong personal injury attorney that will work primarily on presuit cases. Specifically working on the initial intake with staff, heaving client contact,(framing the cases from inception) and negotiating and preparing cases for the litigation team to pass off. Thi team member must be dedicated, hard working, coachable and hungry. We are a premier personal injury firm with a great reputation in the community with 23 years of proven success!

We're looking for a dynamic attorney ready to take charge of bodily injury cases from pre-suit through trial and resolution.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 years of experience handling bodily injury and uninsured motorist claims in Florida.
Proven trial experience with a strong command of the Florida Evidence Code and Florida Rules of Civil Procedure.
Skilled in depositions, hearings, trial prep, and presenting PowerPoint presentations during mediations.
Must be aggressive, detail-oriented, dedicated, and driven, with a relentless pursuit of success.
Strong courtroom presence and a competitive, decisive, and ambitious mindset.
Juris Doctorate and active Florida Bar membership in good standing required.
