About the Job:Personal Injury Attorneys is looking for the next super litigator who is able to handle bodily injury cases from pre-suit, through litigation, trial, and distribution.
Qualifications:
- The candidate must have a minimum of 4 years of experience handling bodily injury, and uninsured motorist claims in Florida.
- The candidate must be aggressive, detailed, dedicated, and hard-working.
- The candidate must have trial experience and a good grasp of the Florida Evidence Code and the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure.
- The candidate must have experience with depositions, and hearings, helping prepare and present PowerPoint presentations at mediations, and participate in trials and arbitrations.
- Candidates must possess determination, competitiveness, decisiveness, and an ambition to thrive for success.
- Juris Doctorate and Florida Bar Admission in good standing.
