Position Summary:
BPE is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Transaction Attorney with significant transactional experience to support sophisticated real estate matters. This role offers exposure to complex, high-level deal work in a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle commercial property acquisitions and dispositions.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial leases (office, retail, industrial, and mixed-use)
- Support joint ventures, real estate fund work, and investor-side transactions.
- Assist with construction and mortgage financing matters.
- Conduct due diligence, including title, survey, zoning, and entitlement review.
- Manage transactions from term sheet through closing.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of commercial real estate transactional experience
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple active deals and competing deadlines.
- Collaborative mindset with strong client communication skills
- Education & Licensure
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active Florida Bar membership in good standing
