Job Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Attorney with a minimum of one (1) year practicing law to join our legal team, dedicated to providing expert legal counsel across a diverse range of practice areas. This position is focused on an individual whose role will be primarily legal research and writing consisting of appellate division briefs and appendices as well as closing submissions for Administrative Law Cases. .
Duties:
- Conduct thorough legal research using tools such as LexisNexis to support case preparation and legal analysis.
- Draft and review a wide array of legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, briefs, and memoranda with precision and clarity.
- Handle court appearances and Motion hearings
- Assist in trial preparation
- Maintain organized case files and documentation while adhering to strict confidentiality protocols.
- Stay current on evolving laws and regulations through continuous research and professional development.
Qualifications:
- Licensed in the State of New Jersey
- Strong research skills utilizing LexisNexis for comprehensive legal analysis.
- Excellent writing skills demonstrated through clear drafting of legal documents and correspondence.
- Proficiency in legal administrative tasks such as case management and document organization.
