Description:

We are a dynamic young litigation firm with a portfolio of insurance defense, civil rights, constitutional law, employment litigation, and commercial litigation litigation, including high profile cases primarily in New Jersey and New York state and federal courts.

We are looking for an attorney with at least one year of litigation experience. Being licensed in both New Jersey and New York is a plus, and salary will be commensurate with experience.

Desired Skills:

Strong litigation skills with experience in handling all aspects of civil cases;
Proficient in legal drafting and writing, with the ability to prepare clear and concise legal documents;
Excellent research skills, utilizing resources such as Lexis-Nexis;
Well organized and familiar with legal administrative tasks, including case management and file organization;

The ideal candidate will have a passion for the law, strong analytical skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
