ORTIZ & LAW, P.C., a well-established insurance defense firm based in San Antonio, is seeking an Associate Attorney with 2-5 years of litigation experience. The position involves all aspects of insurance coverage and litigation, which includes client communication, case evaluation, written discovery, motion practice, depositions of witnesses and experts, court hearings, mediations, trial preparation, and trial. Candidates must possess strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to conduct efficient electronic research.
