What You'll Do:
  • Manage a diverse caseload of immigration matters from consultation through resolution.
  • Develop legal strategies tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
  • Handle removal defense, federal immigration litigation and family-based immigration matters.
  • Draft motions, briefs, responses to RFEs and NOIDs, and other legal filings.
  • Prepare clients for USCIS interviews, immigration court hearings, and other proceedings.
  • Conduct legal research and stay current on developments in immigration law.
  • Collaborate closely with attorneys, legal assistants, and client relations professionals.
  • Maintain organized case files and detailed case notes using firm case management systems.
  • Provide clients with clear communication, guidance, and advocacy throughout their case.

Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
  • Active bar license in any U.S. jurisdiction.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish preferred.
  • Strong legal writing, research, analytical, and advocacy skills.
  • Excellent organizational and case management abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Immigration law experience strongly preferred, particularly in family-based immigration and removal defense.
