The firm is seeking a self-motivated, experienced associate capable of supporting and advancing the skills and abilities of our current team. Our associates participate immediately in the litigation process including court hearings and depositions, and also maintain a high volume office practice including file analysis and written work product.
There is travel throughout the state for hearing attendance.
Due to the size of our firm, we offer the opportunity to participate in litigation from the outset, while maintaining a strong work/life balance. As an Associate Attorney in our firm, you will have the opportunity to participate in all aspects of litigation, including:
- case analysis and litigation tactics;
- research and handling of unique and complex legal issues;
- drafting and responding to written discovery;
- taking and defending depositions;
- writing and arguing significant law and motion, including dispositive motions;
- participating in mediations and arbitrations; and
- trial preparation.
