As a boutique HOA firm centrally located in Sandy Springs, our attorneys possess unmatched experience and a passion for protecting and improving the Firm's community association clients.A Business & Real Estate Law Firm seeks to add an associate attorney to our growing firm. Our ideal candidate will have 0-3 years of experience and be licensed to practice law in Georgia; recent or soon to be law school graduates with anticipated Georgia bar passage after sitting for the February 2024 or July 2024 bar exam will be considered.
This position offers the opportunity to represent community associations in a wide-range of general corporate and litigation matters, including immediate and substantial courtroom appearances, and partner mentoring. The community association practice includes advising boards of directors on every-day corporate issues; drafting governing documents and corporate document amendments; covenant enforcement; Fair Housing Act issues and complaint defense; contract review, negotiation and enforcement; parliamentary procedure; assessment collection; insurance defense litigation; intra-corporate and election disputes; and general real estate counsel and litigation.
