Nationwide Attorneys is seeking a mid-level health care litigation, government investigations associate to join our national practice in our Atlanta office. Interested candidates must possess a high level of academic achievement, solid law firm experience and superb research, writing and communication skills. The ideal candidates will possess 3+ years of experience in health care litigation, with strong experience in federal and state court practice and procedure as well as alternative dispute resolution. Substantive experience with federal criminal practice or government investigations including the False Claims Act, Anti-kickback statute, Medicare and Medicaid compliance, OIG/DOJ investigations, and health care fraud is a plus.
