I have two toddlers. I know what it's like to juggle it all and run on empty. That's why I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all comp plan. If you've got the experience and skills, I'd like to meet with you to create a billable hour structure and compensation plan that works for you.
Partner track is a big focus. I'm looking for seasoned attorneys who are passionate about growing the firm with integrity, precision, and excellence. I'm also looking to promote a Senior Attorney to Managing Attorney to help refine our templates and systems so it's even easier for every attorney here to deliver white-glove legal services.
