We have an immediate opening for an associate in our world-class Infrastructure Group in our San Francisco or Sacramento offices. We offer the broadest and deepest infrastructure practice in the U.S., specializing in the innovative delivery of large public civil works projects. The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of experience, excellent academic credentials and extensive experience in construction law. Experience in real estate law, project finance, public contract law and/or transportation regulatory law is preferred. Professional or academic background in engineering, construction and/or project finance is desirable. The successful candidate will be able to manage multiple projects efficiently, work well as part of a team and be willing to take ownership of significant projects.
