In addition to general commercial litigation, the position may involve some intellectual property litigation and labor & employment disputes. The ideal candidate should have 4 or more years of complex commercial litigation experience and possess strong research, writing, analytical and advocacy skills. Experience with depositions and court appearances (first or second chair) is a plus. Must be interested in taking responsibility for cases. Candidates must also be highly organized, able to work independently with minimal supervision, and possess excellent academic credentials. Judicial clerkship is a plus. California bar required.
