a global Am Law 100 law firm, is seeking a Securities Litigation Associate to join its Los Angeles-Century City office.Qualified candidates will have 3-5 years of experience in Securities Litigation at a nationally recognized law firm and be admitted to the California State Bar. Substantial knowledge of federal securities laws (the PSLRA) is required. Strong research, analysis, and writing skills are required. Our ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate sound judgment, and take ownership of case responsibilities.

Salary determinations are made based on numerous factors, such as, but not limited to: relevant experience and work history, graduation and class year, and practice area of the selected candidate.
