Reed Smith's nationally recognized Labor & Employment Group is seeking a talented mid- to senior-level associate to join our Los Angeles office. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of employment litigation experience, with a focus on wage and hour class and representative action litigation. This is an outstanding opportunity for an attorney seeking a clear path to partnership while working alongside a highly collaborative team on sophisticated, high-profile matters for a diverse and dynamic client base. The successful candidate will play a meaningful role in the continued growth of our California Labor & Employment practice and enjoy the support of a collegial, entrepreneurial office culture.

Candidates should demonstrate exceptional writing, analytical, and advocacy skills, along with experience managing multiple litigation matters simultaneously. Candidates should be capable of independently handling cases through all phases of litigation, from inception through resolution. Qualified candidates will possess strong project management skills and the ability to independently manage cases from inception through resolution. Deposition and courtroom experience are preferred. Candidates must have outstanding academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school and be admitted to practice in California.

$265,000 - $435,000. This represents the presently-anticipated low and high end of Reed Smith's pay range for this position. Actual pay may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.
