Description:
The Los Angeles office of A Full Service Law Firm seeks an associate with 4+ years of
broad-based litigation experience to join our Litigation Department.
Candidates should have excellent research, analytical and drafting
skills, consistent attention to detail, and strong verbal and
interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will also have experience
arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, and preparing cases
for trial. Candidates should also have specific litigation experience on
commercial litigation issues, including breach of contract, tortious
interference with contract, and/or breach of fiduciary duty. A strong
academic record and admission to the California Bar are required. Large
law firm experience is useful. The actual base pay offered will depend
upon a variety of factors, including, but not limited to the selected
candidate's qualifications, years of relevant experience, and experience
in the legal industry. As of the date of posting, A Full Service Law Firm of Approximately 120 Lawyers reasonably
expects to pay between $230K and $270K for this position.
