Loeb & Loeb LLP is seeking an associate (J.D. 2022-2025) to join its Real Estate Investments and Transactions Department.

The ideal candidate will have experience working on commercial real estate “dirt” leasing, and/or financing transactions at an AMLaw 200 firm. Candidates must have excellent writing, analytical and interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment.

The Real Estate Investments and Transactions Department handles complex commercial real estate transactions nationwide, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing and lending, joint ventures, workouts and distressed situations across various asset classes (e.g., office, retail, industrial, life science, hospitality, multifamily, etc.).
