Overview:We are seeking a part time or of counsel relationship with a highly experienced Probate and Trust Administration lawyer. The law firm is well established and growing. Our Estate administration practice area is growing. We would like a relationship with a highly experienced probate attorney who has the time and desire to earn extra income to assist on these files as needed. Ideal for a an attorney with their own practice who wants to supplement their income, retiring attorney who wants to work part time, or a stay at home attorney. Compensation is commensurate with experience and ability and would be hourly.
Responsibilities:
- Assist on Probate and Trust Administration files when existign lawyers in the firm need assistance.
- Opportunity to assist on other areas of practice.
- May work in either of our main offices in Arlington Heights or Libertyville, or may work remotely.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years experience practicing in Probate and Trust Administration.
- Experience practicing in various counties in the Chicago area.
- Well versed in the Illinois Probate Act and Illinois Trust Code
- Licensed to Practice Law in Illinois.
