Description:
The Chicago office of Reed Smith is seeking a mid-level associate to join the Corporate Group on the Sponsor Finance team. Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience with representing private equity sponsors, borrowers, private credit funds, alternative lenders, and banks in complex financing transactions, including acquisition financings, leveraged buyouts, refinancings, incremental facilities, and bespoke credit structure. $235,000 - $365,000. This represents the presently-anticipated low and high end of Reed Smith's pay range for this position. Actual pay may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.
