The US Corporate and Securities practice of Mayer Brown LLP is seeking two mid-level associates with 3 to 7 years of experience to support the Private Equity practice. Our private equity team has a large, national platform that we are seeking to further expand with the right candidate. The successful candidate will have significant experience in the private equity space, solid experience with complex M&A and private equity transactions from inception through closing and demonstrated ability to lead transactions. Candidates will have strong law school academic credentials together with relevant and sophisticated law firm and transactional experience. We are looking to place in Chicago.The salary for this position is $260,000 to $420,000, although the actual salary could be lower or higher if the candidate's skills and experience level are different from those specified above.
