We are seeking a Pre-Litigation Attorney who is vibrant, driven, and ready to take initiative. This role requires someone who thrives in a leadership position, enjoys working collaboratively with case managers, and is motivated to achieve strong results for clients while contributing to the firm's growth.Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze demand packages for accuracy and effectiveness
- Negotiate settlements directly with insurance adjusters
- Negotiate medical liens to maximize client recovery
- Lead case managers to push cases forward efficiently
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship within the pre-litigation team
- Maintain strong client communication and deliver excellent client service
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active California Bar license (required)
- 1–3 years of experience in personal injury (pre-litigation preferred)
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload
- Energetic, proactive, and eager to grow within the firm long-term
