What You'll Do:
- Take command of our litigation department and own your courtroom.
- Manage your caseload from inception to resolution — from pleadings to verdict.
- Draft powerhouse motions, discovery, discovery responses, and trial briefs.
- Appear in court, argue motions, mediate high-stakes cases, and conduct depositions.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with clients — and deliver results.
- Negotiate settlements that move the needle.
- Stay sharp and up-to-date on personal injury law and cutting-edge litigation strategies.
- Go to Mediations, Arbitration, and first chair Trial
What you bring:
- 2+ years of personal injury litigation experience
- JD from an accredited law school; licensed in good standing in CA
- A strong litigation track record with a passion for courtroom work
- Excellent legal research, writing, and negotiation skills
- Confidence, independence, and the drive to lead
- Familiarity with legal tech (e.g., Lexis, Filevine, etc.)
