Gezukarayan Law Firm, APC is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our growing litigation team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience handling personal injury matters through litigation, with trial experience preferred.

Position Overview:
The attorney will be responsible for managing a caseload of personal injury matters, including auto accidents, premises liability, rideshare claims, uninsured/underinsured motorist claims, and other injury-related cases. This role requires strong case evaluation skills, confident communication with clients, insurance adjusters, defense counsel, and medical providers, and the ability to move cases efficiently toward settlement or trial.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage personal injury cases from intake through resolution
  • Evaluate liability, damages, medical records, treatment history, and case value
  • Draft and review demands, complaints, discovery, motions, mediation briefs, and settlement documents
  • Negotiate with insurance carriers and defense counsel
  • Attend hearings, case management conferences, mediations, depositions, and arbitrations
  • Prepare clients for depositions, medical examinations, mediation, and trial
  • Develop litigation strategy and move cases aggressively toward resolution
  • Communicate regularly with clients regarding case status and strategy
  • Trial preparation

Qualifications:
  • Active California Bar license in good standing
  • Personal injury experience required
  • Litigation experience required
  • Trial experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of California civil procedure, discovery, insurance claims handling, and personal injury valuation
  • Strong writing, negotiation, and oral advocacy skills
  • Ability to manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and handle a high-volume caseload
  • Professional, organized, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Bilingual Armenian, Spanish, or Russian is a plus but not required
