- Manage all aspects of litigation, including preparing for trial, filing necessary paperwork, and representing clients in court proceedings
- Maintain detailed case files, track deadlines, and ensure compliance with procedural requirements
- Provide expert legal advice to clients regarding their rights, options, and potential outcomes in their personal injury claims
