Reed Smith is seeking a junior or mid-level Associate with projects experience to join the Energy & Natural Resources Group in any of our U.S. offices. Candidates should have 2 to 8 years of experience representing developers, manufacturers, sponsors, investors, and/or lenders in project development, M&A, and/or project finance transactions. Experience with the development, construction, acquisition, financing, and operation of energy and infrastructure projects is preferred. Candidates should also ideally have experience drafting and negotiating supply agreements, EPC agreements, O&M agreements, LTSAs, and/or other commercial contracts related to energy and infrastructure projects, including renewable energy projects. Pay Range: $235,000 - $435,000. This represents the presently-anticipated low and high end of Reed Smith's pay range for this position. Actual pay may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.
