A Litigation Law Firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join our growing firm. We represent individuals who were harmed by their employers. Employment experience a plus.Successful candidates will demonstrate ability and knowledge of civil litigation. Attorney will be given the tools and opportunities to handle all aspects of litigation that you may not find at mid- or large-size firms.
This position will be mostly remote. Must have reliable transportation.
Requirements:
- Must have WA law license in good standing at the time of application
- Must have at least 2 years of litigation experience

Primary Responsibilities:
- Handling discovery; taking and defending depositions
- Research and writing; drafting pleadings and motions; oral argument
- Communication with clients, opposing counsel, and witnesses
- Handling all aspects of litigation
