Position Summary:The associate lawyer will be responsible for handling their own cases in litigation. Duties will include talking to clients, potential clients. You will need to have a understanding of personal injury law.

Objectives:
- Discuss with clients their injuries and needs
- Draft pleadings and other legal documents.
- Pre-litigation and litigation.
- Review and audit personal injury cases
- Review retainer agreements with clients and intake procedures
- Research legal issues
- Draft correspondence, pleadings, motions, orders, and other legal documents
- Defend and take depositions
- arbitration cases and jury trial
- Negotiate with adjusters to obtain the highest possible settlement
- Assist in witness preparation and management.

Education and Experience:
- Juris Doctorate and licensed to practice law in NV
- 1-2 years experience in the personal injury field required.
