We are seeking an experienced junior to midlevel associate to join the Corporate M&A team in our dynamic Seattle office. The ideal candidate will have two to five years of relevant experience in M&A and corporate transactions. Areas of expertise should include:
- M&A and/or private financing transaction experience, including reviewing, analyzing, and drafting transaction documents.
- Coordinating, conducting, and managing due diligence review and process, including coordinating with deal teams.
- Advising clients on general corporate/entity matters, including drafting board and stockholder resolutions.
Candidates will work closely with experienced lawyers who will provide active mentoring and opportunities to assume increasing levels of responsibility and client contact. Candidates must be self-starters who possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team. We require strong academic credentials, excellent oral and written communication skills, and a commitment to providing the highest quality client service. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a dynamic team environment, and coordinate with attorneys in other legal areas of expertise, is expected. #LI-MM2
