Description:
Cozen O'Connor seeks an associate to join its active New York City land use practice. Our land use attorneys regularly handle applications for rezonings, special permits, variances, and other land use approvals, and represent developers and land owners in development rights and other transactions. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of private practice or government experience interpreting and applying the NYC Zoning Resolution and other related applicable laws and regulations. We value technical knowledge, effective communication skills and a commitment to teamwork. Excellent academic credentials and a license in good standing in New York is required.The salary range for this role is $230,000 - $285,000 and represents the Firm's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, and location.
