Position Overview:
We are seeking a Junior Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to support the litigation team in managing cases from filing through resolution. This role is ideal for an attorney with 1-3 years of experience who is looking to develop strong litigation skills in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
You will work closely with senior attorneys and partners, gaining hands-on experience in case strategy, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing a caseload of personal injury matters through the litigation process
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents
- Support depositions, including preparation of materials and summaries
- Conduct legal research and assist in drafting memoranda and briefs
- Assist in preparing cases for hearings, mediations, and trial
- Communicate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel under attorney supervision
- Maintain organized case files and track deadlines
Requirements:
- Active member of the California State Bar in good standing
- 1-5 years of litigation experience (personal injury preferred)
- Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
- Exposure to discovery, motion practice, or depositions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Collaborative and eager to learn

Salary Description
$120,000.00-$150,000.00 per year + Commission
