The Century City (Los Angeles) Office is seeking a Mid-Level associate to join its dynamic and growing Chambers Band-1 Entertainment & Media practice group. This role primarily will support the Music Industry practice. You will be joining a cutting-edge practice that represents clients across the music and entertainment landscape, including global entertainment, music and media companies, social media platforms, live event companies, institutional and private financiers, and creative talent.

Candidates should have the following:

3-5 years of corporate M&A experience at a law firm, handling a range of mergers and acquisition transactions and/or private equity experience, preferably on music/entertainment M&A matters.
Strong experience with acquisitions, as this will be the focus of the role
Outstanding academic credentials and law firm experience are required
CA Bar preferred

The salary wage range that we expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $260,000 and a maximum of $365,000 (annually). The actual pay wage may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.
