The comp structure:
Manifest-sourced = Base + profit share on team performance

Self-sourced = Base + higher profit share — your book, your upside

The more you've built, the more you benefit from bringing it. Your existing clients and referral network earn at the higher rate from day one.

What this role demands:
This is not a heads-down legal role. You will be the public face of your practice — featured in Manifest's content, on social, in client-facing materials, and in the press. The best Practice Owners are attorneys clients want to hire by name. If you've already built a reputation, Manifest amplifies it.

You'll also lead and develop a team. Running case reviews, holding a high standard, and building the next generation of Manifest lawyers is core to this role.

What We're Looking For:
  • J.D. and active U.S. bar admission
  • 7+ years of immigration experience with a strong individual/extraordinary ability portfolio
  • Experience managing or mentoring legal teams
  • Comfort with client-facing visibility — thought leadership, social presence, media
  • A professional network that generates referrals
  • Genuine entrepreneurial ambition — you want to build, not just practice
