Job Description and Salary
ArentFox Schiff is seeking a junior to mid-level real estate associate to join the 3rd to 5th year class of the healthcare group in its New York or Washington, DC office. Qualified candidates will have at least 3 years of experience representing clients in a broad range of real estate matters, including acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, development projects, financing transactions, management agreements, and general real estate due diligence. Experience with health care transactions is a plus.

The good faith base salary range for this position is a minimum of $240,000 to a maximum of $305,000 per year. The actual salary rate offered to candidates within that range will depend on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, years of relevant experience, education, applicable bar admissions, and the candidate's overall qualifications for the position as assessed by the Firm. In addition to a competitive base salary, we offer a comprehensive bonus program with opportunities for discretionary incentives that may include productivity, business development, and merit-based components, subject to applicable policies.
