Judd Shaw No-Fault Law is seeking an experienced, motivated attorney to join our growing healthcare litigation team. Our firm represents medical providers in recovering reimbursement from insurance carriers, with an established New Jersey Personal Injury Protection (PIP) arbitration practice and an exciting expansion into the federal No Surprises Act (NSA).This is more than just another attorney position. We're looking for someone who wants to grow with us, take ownership of their work and play an integral role in developing and expanding our healthcare litigation practice.

What You'll Do:
- Manage and litigate New Jersey PIP arbitration matters on behalf of healthcare providers.
- Analyze medical records, insurance denials, fee schedules, policy provisions and reimbursement disputes.
- Draft legal briefs, arbitration submissions, motions and other legal documents.
- Prepare for and conduct arbitration hearings, negotiate settlements and evaluate awards.
- Help expand our federal No Surprises Act practice, including open negotiations and Independent Dispute Resolution (IDR).
- Research evolving federal and state healthcare reimbursement laws and regulations.
- Work directly with firm leadership to develop new workflows, improve efficiencies and expand our healthcare litigation services.
- Build and maintain relationships with medical providers and healthcare organizations.
What We're Looking For:
- Active New Jersey law license in good standing.
- Experience in PIP arbitration, healthcare reimbursement, insurance litigation or a related practice area.
- Strong legal research, writing, negotiation and analytical skills.
- Ability to independently manage a caseload and meet deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and genuine interest in growing alongside the firm.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Direct experience with New Jersey PIP arbitration and Forthright.
- Familiarity with the No Surprises Act, federal IDR or out-of-network reimbursement disputes.
- Experience representing medical providers, hospitals or healthcare organizations.
- Knowledge of medical billing, CPT coding and applicable fee schedules.
