Health attorney for small law firm concentrating on representation of physicians, nurses, mental health counselors, pharmacists, health professionals and health facilities. Located in Northeast Orlando (Winter Park/Maitland/Altamonte Springs/Longwood) area.Exceptionally interesting work involving a rapidly expanding area of law. Great growth and career potential. Must be a member of The Florida Bar. Will consider recent law school graduates if in geographic area.
Applicants must be self-starters and have excellent academic credentials. Administrative law, health law, litigation or contract law experience will be helpful. Health care background will be helpful. Experience in insurance defense work, especially producing billable hours, is a big plus. Health Law certificate or LL.M. in Health Law also a plus. Experience as health professional a plus.
Will consider entry-level attorneys.
We practice in many areas of health law, business transactions, administrative law, contract law, and litigation, representing doctors, nurses, dentists, mental health counselors, and health facilities.
In-person attendance in office in Altamonte Springs, Florida, for all work is required and is an essential job requirement.
