Overview:Accelerated Tax Solutions is seeking an experienced Oklahoma-licensed attorney to join our team as a fractional consultant and independent contractor. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking for flexible, part-time work assisting with legal issues should they arise.
Duties:
- Provide legal consultation and guidance regarding Oklahoma tax matters.
- Draft and review legal correspondence, appeals, and supporting documentation.
- Provide legal oversight on cases requiring attorney involvement.
- Maintain compliance with all applicable ethical and professional standards.
Requirements:
- Active Oklahoma Bar License in good standing (Required)
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage cases efficiently
- Professional, responsive, and client-focused
