Job Description:As part of our Contracting department, you'll review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements while collaborating closely with stakeholders across the company. Responsibilities:
Essential Functions of this Position:
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of corporate agreements, including NDAs, master service agreements, statements of work, service agreements, and other commercial documents.
- Collaborate with internal business units, including finance, operations, HR, and service teams, to ensure legal alignment with strategic objectives.
- Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess complex legal issues, identify practical solutions, and provide strategic guidance that aligns with business objectives.
- Explore and evaluate the use of artificial intelligence (AI) tools to streamline the contract lifecycle, with a focus on improving efficiency in contract review, drafting, and risk analysis.
- Assist in developing and maintaining legal templates, playbooks, and internal knowledge resources.
- Provide training and guidance to internal teams on legal processes, policies, and best practices.
Qualifications:
Minimum Education & Work Experience:
- Law Degree required
- Licensed to practice law in Florida
- 1+ Years of practicing corporate law
- Excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal, organizational and writing skills.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Ability to assess risk and mitigate the same in contractual language.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to organize and maintain records and files.
- Ability to work as a member of a team with collegiality and professionalism.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, contract management systems and AI tools.
