Polsinelli is seeking a highly qualified and motivated associate to join our Financial Services Litigation group in our New York office. Interested candidates must possess a high level of academic achievement, solid law firm or clerking experience, and superb research, writing, and communication skills.The ideal candidates will have 2+ years of litigation experience relating to commercial real estate, distressed loans, debt and security instruments, or creditor and lender liability. Candidates should have significant legal writing experience, including, but not limited to, the drafting of briefs, complaints, pretrial motions, memoranda, and discovery requests and should be comfortable appearing in court.

Compensation: Salary will range between $235,000 – $365,000, depending on experience. A discretionary bonus may also be available based on performance.
