Responsibilities and practice:
A Worlds Largest Law Firm is seeking a staff associate with excellent academic credentials and at least two years of litigation experience to join our Employment & Labor practice group in our New York office. The person hired for this position will work collaboratively with partners and be a key member of the team. Expected responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
  • Handling litigation matters involving ADA and accommodations law, with a focus on website accessibility
  • Working with the team to provide guidance to clients on ADA accessibility compliance
  • Conducting legal research and writing
  • Supporting the team by performing work on employment & labor and litigation matters as needed

Pursuant to New York law, the salary range for this position in New York City is $160,000 to $190,000, based on experience. Based on years of experience, A Worlds Largest Law Firm associates may have a title of Associate, Managing Associate, or Senior Managing Associate.   • Must be licensed to practice law in New York and be in good standing
  • Candidates must be registered with New York Federal Courts
