Rivkin Radler LLP is seeking an Employment & Labor Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in wage and hour and employment discrimination litigation.

Responsibilities:
Experience should include:
  • Conducting investigatory interviews
  • Drafting and responding to discovery
  • Preparing initial pleadings
  • Drafting and arguing motions
  • Preparing administrative position statements
  • Deposition experience is a plus

Required Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • Active New York State Bar admission
  • Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience, preferably with exposure to employment and labor matters

Additional Requirements:
  • Detail‑oriented and punctual
  • Ability to efficiently resolve cases
  • Prompt responsiveness to client inquiries
  • Strong sense of “legal triage” — able to distinguish matters requiring intensive attention from those that are routine

Compensation:
  • Annualized salary range: $120,000 – $155,000
  • Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job‑related factors permitted by law
