Required Qualifications:
Associate: Licensed to practice law in Texas with one-year minimum of family law practice. At least some experience with routine casework and litigation including contested court hearings/trials, mediations, meeting and signing new clients, drafting and filing pleadings, discovery, orders, decrees, deeds, court appearances, and client services. Ability and desire to run your own docket, or at the minimum a desire to after training and shadowing lead attorneys. The position will also include litigation prep and support for senior attorneys.

Preferred Qualifications: Strong preference will be given to candidates who already practice in Travis, Williamson, and/or Hays Counties. Experience with Clio, Westlaw Form Builder, Texas Family Law Practice Manual, Word, and Excel a plus.
