A San Jose Business Attorney seeks an experienced litigator to handle complex commercial and business litigation cases in its expanding Austin, TX office. The ideal candidate would be barred in both California and Texas.The candidate should have 1-3 years of relevant business litigation experience. We seek candidates who can think critically and are not intimidated by complex cases. Candidates who are confident in their ability to verbally advocate their research and writing, are especially encouraged to apply.
