Job Responsibilities:

Perform all aspects of family law representation
Review case files outside of court
Appear in court for various hearings.
Attend mediation and represent our clients.
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, judicial officers, and team members;
Issue spot and develop strategies leading to efficient resolution of cases;
Negotiate and settle cases or prepare matters for trial
Perform legal research and analyze and apply legal principles and precedents, facts, and evidence to legal problems;
Draft petitions, pleadings and present statements of law, facts, and arguments clearly, logically, and effectively both in writing and orally.
