We are seeking a smart/self starter to assist with several live litigation matters. Responsibilities would include drafting and filing various documents, legal research as needed. Current caseload covers contracts, real estate, hospitality, and other related areas in District Courts and County Courts, as well as Bankruptcy and related matters in Federal Court. There are a number of Appellate matters as well, so there will be exposure to Appeal briefs, both in state and federal courts.
